We collect information from you when you visit the website or a certain page of the website, subscribe to a blog, fill out a contact form or enter information on our site. If you are a patient of ours and have been seen in clinic or made an appointment we will only use and store your information in order to best determine your treatment pathway and to contact you regarding any treatment you may be having and to confirm/remind you about appointments.
If you have opted IN to marketing emails we use the information we collect from you [when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, use certain other site features, or book an appointment in clinic in relation to your treatment and care as a patient of ours] to receive promotional emails from us.
